About Aiden

Aiden is a Registered Kinesiologist and graduated from Ontario Tech  University with a Bachelors of Health Science (Honours) in Kinesiology. Aiden takes a global approach to understanding pain within the body by identifying the cause and not just treating the symptoms of pain. Through a combined approach of hands-on manual therapy techniques such as NKT, FST, STR, cupping and corrective exercises, Aiden's goal is to educate his clients about their condition and empower them to treat their own pain from home so that they can spend less time in the clinic and more time enjoying the activities they love to do.

​Aiden is originally from England where he played National League Basketball before moving to Canada in 2011 and strongly believes that movement is the best medicine. In his spare time he can be found in the gym, golfing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
