AIDEN YOUNG |R.KIN, PRESIDENT/FOUNDER
EDUCATION:
Aiden is a Registered Kinesiologist and graduated from Ontario Tech University with a Bachelors of Health Science (Honours) in Kinesiology. Aiden takes a global approach to understanding pain within the body by identifying the cause and not just treating the symptoms of pain. Through a combined approach of hands-on manual therapy techniques such as NKT, AiM, FST, STR, cupping and corrective exercises, Aiden's goal is to educate his clients about their condition and empower them to treat their own pain from home so that they can spend less time in the clinic and more time enjoying the activities they love to do.
CAREER:
Aiden started out as a Personal Trainer in 2012 until 2018 where his passionate for understanding human movement lead down a path of understanding the dysfunction of human movement, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Aiden founded Mobility Room in 2018 and provided Fascial Stretch Therapy treatments for patients in Toronto, Durham Region and Clarington in Ontario Canada for the past 7 years. His goal with Mobility Room has alway been to provide the best in depth assessments, treatments and after care. With a goal to eliminate pain, rehab injuries, identify and address the root cause of pain or dysfunction and educate his patients about their injuries so they can understand how to treat themselves and not rely on constant treatment.
WORK/LIFE BALANCE:
Aiden is originally from England where he played National League Basketball before moving to Canada in 2011 and strongly believes that movement is the best medicine. In his spare time he can be found in the gym, golfing, snowboarding, salsa dancing and on hiking trails with Teddy the mini labradoodle!
