How does it work?
Anatomy in Motion (AiM) uses advanced assessment techiques and exercises to figure out which parts of the body aren’t moving correctly. Which allows us to create a plan to help people move better and fix any imbalances. AiM is based on the idea that the body is a complex system of interdependent joints, and that movement problems or pain in one area of the body can be traced back to imbalances or compensations elsewhere. “Flow” is one important idea in AiM, which says that our bodies should move smoothly and efficiently, without any disruptions. When our bodies don’t flow correctly, it can cause pain or problems with how when we move.
AiM also provides a personalized approach to therapy, with individualized exercise and movement plans designed to address each person’s specific needs and goals. It takes on a holistic approach by considering the body as a whole and not just the area that’s causing pain. This treats the CAUSE not just the SYMPTOM
