What is Cupping Therapy?

Cupping therapy gets you moving better and pain free, with its effectiveness in increasing blood flow and oxygen to the injured area. This potent technique helps soothe aching muscles and tense spots formed from acute trauma or long-term overuse. Every cupping session is tailored to you, as we free compressed nerves, improve lymph drainage, relieve pain, and restore movement.

What to expect

We start with a thorough assessment of your health history. During the exam, we perform a hands-on assessment of the injured tissue. During treatment, we apply a dry cup to and around the injured area to create a vacuum seal. We leave the cups for 5-15 minutes to promote healing blood flow and break up any adhesions. The injured area is then kept warm to revitalize circulation and movement.
