FAQs
Most clinics focus on short term relief, treating pain in isolation. At Mobility Room, we take a whole body approach that looks at how you move, where you’re compensating, and why tension keeps coming back.
Every plan follows our Signature Mobility Method™, a framework that blends expert assessment, hands on fascial therapy, and personalized corrective exercise. It’s built to reduce pain, improve mobility, and give you control of your body again.
Your care is always one on one. No machines, no cookie cutter protocols, just intentional care designed for you.
We start with a focused assessment of posture and movement patterns to tailor your session.
Then we use the right mix of hands on therapy, Fascial Stretch Therapy, soft tissue release, or cupping, to reduce pain and restore alignment. You’ll finish with targeted corrective exercises to lock in the changes and build long term control.
You leave feeling better, with simple tools to keep progressing between sessions.
Your first visit starts with a Physiotherapist assessment. From there, your plan may include hands on treatments with the Physio or delegated sessions with a Kinesiologist for Fascial Stretch Therapy and active rehab.
This team approach gives you diagnostic expertise and ongoing support, so you always know what’s next.
