Gait Analysis We capture a video of your walking (gait) during this session to analyze movement patterns effectively 4. Advanced Manual Muscle Testing We assess muscle compensation patterns in the body which help us find the root cause of your pain/dysfunction and not just treat the symptoms
Utilizing the insights gathered from your initial assessment we will create a tailored treatment plan designed to address your specific needs and symptoms. This plan serves as the foundation for your journey to improve functional alignment, balance, and move better! You will receive a personalized home exercise program with progressions or regressions to make sure the program is at the right level for you. REHAB PHASE - WEEKLY FOLLOW-UPS We begin with weekly sessions for the first 4-8 weeks, we will closely track your progress and fine tune the treatment plan. PREHAB PHASE - BIWEEKLY FOLLOW-UPS As you improve we will switch you to bi-weekly follow-ups. By this point you should start to feel much better, BEWARE this is usually where people drop off. Just because the pain or discomfort is gone doesn't mean the problem is fixed. We still need to strengthen your body to correct compensatory movement patterns. MAINTENANCE PHASE - MONTHLY FOLLOW-UPS Ultimately ending with a maintenance phase with follow-ups every 3-4 weeks. Think of this as a tune up or taking your car in for an oil change
