FULL-BODY ASSESSMENT
Your first session begins with a full-body assessment that looks at your posture and how you move. The assessment will also include body composition, flexibility, cardiovascular, muscular strength, power and endurance analysis. CORRECTIVE EXERCISES
Once your assessment is complete you will be given a set of corrective exercises and mobility drills that will be modified as you progress through your program. This will ensure your body is properly aligned and prepared for the exercise ahead to avoid injury and speed up recovery. |
